An IQ of 85 (or 115) is one standard deviation from the average IQ of 100. ~68% of the population falls into this segment, with IQs between 85 and 115. Every OTer I’ve ever seen post his/her IQ has been above 130, giving them an IQ higher than 97.8% of the population. The guys and gals over 145 are three standard deviations from the norm and have higher scores than 99.9% of the population.
It really makes me wonder why I read so much stupid shite on here when everyone is, at a minimum, a near-genius. And 6’-5”, but that’s another discussion.

I have no doubt that the OT has posters with IQs over 130. However, I was just trying to illustrate the statistical improbability that the majority have IQs over 130.

Until the 1800s there was very little advancement. And even then it was mainly brits/Scots, Americans and Germans inventing and engineering.

No. But what is that role? Perhaps in the greater discussion of minimum wage laws, etc., that there are people who are not worth even that low wage.
What's not getting it done is having these people on the government dole via welfare or disability. There needs to be a disincentive for unproductive and unintelligent people to breed.
I am 100 percent for paid sterilization. No one should ever be forced, but anyone of any race or economic situation should be able to cash in on a one-time fee for being sterilized. $10,000 sounds right. There are wealthy people who would do this, because they have no desire to have children.
