Why does this matter? Let me tell you!
From the video link provided above, you cannot serve in the military if you have an 83 IQ or less. The military deems this as the value in which people are unable to be trained in anything that was actually productive.
Using this argument and scaling it to American society, 1 out of 10 people in American society are in this bucket. These people cannot be saved, but are given tons of money and a vote in our processes day after day.
What say you tOT. What would you do with this population?

Eliminating minimum wage so that these people can find work. Also government subsidized housing units in exchange for sterilization and revocation of voting rights.

just another reason to stop immigration for unskilled/uneducated people.
all the more reason to slash education funding. fricking waste of money if there ever was one.
for thousands of years man advanced himself without bloated formal education.
all of the sudden, cultures that don't hold education in high regard squander the shite out of tax payer dollars.
