That’s so very true and scary. It really seems that the lower side of the IQ range reproduces like rabbits. I don’t get it. Do they not understand how birth control works? Do they not understand that they have the responsibility to provide for their offspring and that having 3 illegimate children from 3 different mothers removes any chance for financial stability in the future? I guess, they really are, uh, stupid.
