Or to a HBO or Netflix series. Today the non sports and arena match games are as much about the story as they are the game play. A few that come to mind for me are Horizon Zero Dawn, God of War, and The Last of Us. Throw in who you would like to see cast as the lead if you wish.

Half Life (though they're pulling a George RR Martin, and have absolutely refused to finish the games)

Legend of Zelda, in the right hands could be good.

Half Life is #1

Resident Evil 4 for sure, the game is the storyboard, simple as that

Would love to bring a Zelda to the screen

All good picks. There were rumors last year of a netflix GoW starring Jason Mamoa but i havent heard anything since.

If Bruce Campbell was younger id love to see him in a Dead Rising zanny zombie movie or mini-series

on initial playthrough I legit said TLOU is the best game or movie I've ever played or watched.

I still stand by that. Just incredible from start to finish.

edit: damn it... now I'm gonna watch Pewdiepie playthrough for the 3rd time

The Max Payne series could have made for a good movie, but the film industry fricks up every video game adaptation.

The Mass Effect Trilogy would have the potential to be an amazing HBO series. Certain actors like Michael Douglas and Ivonne Strahovski could reprise their roles. Not sure who would be appropriate for Shepherd though...

KOTOR would be great as well if done by HBO, not Disney.

The Metro series could be really interesting as well.

ETA: I dont think the big screen would be able to really do a video game justice. Too much would have to be left out/compressed.

Richard Madden would be good as Shepard IMO.

It's basically Stripes meets A Team.

I'd rather it be a Netflix series.

I want to see a new Highlander be an HBO series.

10 episode seasons, dark, gritty and violent series that takes part over almost ever continent and at least over the past 600 years with our star.

Start our star's story near the black death of 1349 or etc.
