Depends. If it’s a whole food based multivitamin with real ingredients, yes it is beneficial. If it’s a huge name brand where most of the vitamins are actually forms if acids, it’s expensive urine. ...

The issue is they’re closing roads around cnn where the debate is being held and security will be insane. The soccer match is expected to draw a massive crowd and roads will be closed around the stadium as well. Might be an all time traffic day. ...
