An American Werewolf in London
Gremlins
Poltergeist

maybe The Thing. That is pretty violent.

Pretty sure this one has sex and nudity in it.

Thanks, everyone. I think the first suggestion might be the winner.

Disney's Watcher in the Woods scared me pretty good as a kid, it was a time when Disney was trying to branch out from just little kid movies to more young adult audience. I haven't seen it in decades but I do remember it being legit scary/creepy but with nothing inappropriate (tits and arse and bad language or drug use).

There's no nudity in Hellraiser. Pretty close though. Also I saw this movie when I was 8 and loved it.

Sleepers. I still have nightmares of Kevin Bacon telling the kids he wants a blow job.

13-15 years old should have already seen this in movies.

If you don’t want true horror but still movies that can spook a 13-15 year old, Science Fiction can be an area to look.

12 monkeys will entertain everyone and provide a bit of a creep factor for the younger teens.

The Ring. Most I’ve ever been scared from a movie.

The Strangers is a great movie for a remote setting.

Also the OG Blair Witch Project since you’re in the woods. Watched the second half of it the other night and it’s so well done and legit creepy. You can even explain the original marketing for it as one of the first “found footage” movies ever and the hype around it. Hell, you even explain it as it being real, actual found footage.
