Explain this, intelligently. I am a net contributor to the government, to an outrageous amount. How the frick is government "heaping mounds of cash" into my net worth?

Well anyone invested in the stock market in 07 got a huge bump from the government with TARP. What should have been an economic reset, turned into a 20 year bailout,

How about interest rates being kept artificially low for years. Saved homeowners thousands and thousands. Allowed people with means to rack up insane appreciation of their properties with the massive amount of money printed and injected into the economy.

When money supply is increased, it flows to people who have "money funnels" already. That is stocks, real estate, basically anything that scales with inflation. If you happen to have been someone with means during this time and has those money funnels, good for you. People who were 5 years old in 2008 didnt have that same opportunity.

Lets be clear. I dont support sending checks out to anyone from the government unless it was for a real service. I also didnt support bailouts and years of QE that destroyed the integrity of our currency
If Trump was partaking...why would he ask Maxwell to stop? Of course Trump knew, as did all of DC and all power brokers on east coast.

Chubbies is self-loathing. That much is readily apparent. Any disagreement, no matter how civil, is seen as hostility. I suggest only replying to it in a sarcastic or trolling fashion. Do not however, attempt to engage it in honest debate. You will not get anything of the sort from it.

Yeah its amazing that she gets the effort to actually debate her ridiculous assertions. She represents the far far feminazi left that Rush just just to ridicule instead of actually engaging. We are talking someone who admitted to having sex with a homeless guy...and she has access to people's children
Lets be real here. If you are making more than 100k, have a 401k and a house...the government has been heaping mounds of cash into your net worth for decades.

Yall really think the stock market just forever goes up and up naturally? When inflation goes up, rich folks get richer, poor folks get poorer. I think sending out checks is like putting a bandaid on a dam breach but I can at least realistically see that the rich have gotten far more generous handouts than the poor and middle class.

It's his platform and his promises. His job to come up with the policies to accomplish it, not mine.

Even if he didn't accomplish half of it, he would still be doing fine if he was remotely concerned with America First and fulfilling his promises to us.

You are listing problems that took decades to create. We cant just lower prices on groceries and housing. I really dont think people understand the state of our currency. We destroyed it. The ONLY reason we dont have hyperinflation is because the TRILLIONS printed are mostly sitting in the inflated stock market or are just resting in the accounts of the uber wealthy.

There is no magic wand to fix any of this. There is NOTHING Trump can unilaterally do, realistically, to have an effect on these things. If he just dropped all tariffs tomorrow....housing prices arent going down, grocery prices arent going down. Trump cant just erase 5 trillion dollars from our money supply.

I share frustrations with the Visas situation and foreign wars, but im not gonna pretend that there was any candidate anywhere that was gonna do everything I wanted.

Personally I’d like to see some more I-Formation stuff and just re-orient to some generic power run if we’re hellbent on yards. Limit the pulling, let someone like Roberts just blow his man up in front of him and go man on man

Yeah, we just dont have the personnel right now to pull of the Deboer/Grubb scheme. Those guys are on the way though...they are just in HS right now. I 100% agree about I formation. If we need to grind for a bit, line up and maul. Tell the backs to explode forward and punish the first guy that tries to hit them.

Many women are going to regret the "live your best life" era.

This is how men and women are vastly different:

A man looks at his mistakes and says to the young man..."I made these mistakes, dont make these and youll live a better life than me."

A woman looks at her life mistakes and is angry at the ones who didnt who are living a better life than she is. She lies to the young woman: "do all the same things I did, I love my life" ...because she cant stand the thought of others choosing a better path and having a better life.

The premise of the article is that men/boys AND women/girls are struggling, but since women/girls are generally ignored, we only hear about men and boys "in crisis."

I chuckled quite a bit as I read the article. Here are some pertinent excerpts.

Normally I ignore your little troll threads but im not letting this one go so easy

Its always been rough being a man, and its generally accepted that being a man, you get it done without complaining and you are entitled to zero sympathy. Thats fine...but at least in the history of humanity up until 5 minutes ago, men were respected.

The system we have now is that we take the worst offenses of the playboys who can(95% of men cant do this) use and dispose of women frequently...and also worst offenses of the the lazy do nothings...and we apply all of these offenses by the FEW to ALL men so that we can shite on them 24/7 365. Men got fricking tired of it.

Men are still men. The gene pool didnt magically change overnight to spit out perfect women and broken men. Men still want to work, men still want to provide, men still want wives and families, men still want the same things men have always wanted.

Women have changed. Women now want to be men(or at least all the imagined perks of being men). They want the jobs and the careers. They dont want husbands, they dont want to be feminine, they dont want to be agreeable and submissive, they dont want to be mothers, they want to be promiscuous and be praised for it like men who get laid a lot are. Just turn on any social media, they are desperate to tell everyone that will listen.

If I hear another cunty lefitst loser woman calling out men, while ignoring the mountain of issues women have, im gonna lose it.

It's closer to University Mall, but nearly the entire complex is filled with college students. Going this weekend to take a look at the property before pulling the trigger. We had considered going the house route, which definitely seems like a good investment, just got kind of "lucky" with this opportunity. Hadn't even looked at condos and was not considering them.

Is this the one behind Aldi? Some of those places are more like student dorms than traditional condos. Not a biggie but you might have annoying neigbors

So far all of the worst case scenarios I run through in my mind and in budgeting scenarios turn out pretty good for us in the end. If you've done this in the past, could you please let me know the hidden negatives you didn't consider/know before moving forward?

There are some condos that cant be rented out. I think Legends condos near stadium are like this. If you can find one in a good spot, you could potentially Airbnb it for a game or two(or graduation) to pay some of mortgage.

However...one negative is the intensive process that is obtaining a permit for short term rentals. It requires some extra things beyond normal code and also requires attendance at a planning committee meeting to review your application. They usually give ~30 days total for year to short term rent.

Other than that I dont see any drastic corrections in the market coming. If you can get a good deal and have the means, id go for it.

Less than 1% would be voting for communists if energy prices were cut in half, there were plenty of jobs, grocery and utility costs were cut in half, houses and cars were affordable, and the dollar wasn't plummeting in value.

Name all the specific policies that could accomplish these things. Then narrow it down to the things Trump can unilaterally do without Congress

Im not gonna say a 50 year mortgage isnt ridiculous...because it is...but I love how the same folks that need their banks bailed out, 4 rounds of currency destroying QE, a stupid lockdown of the economy to protect themselves from a cold....are the same folks up in arms about the 50 year mortgage.

Trump just wants people in homes at a price they can afford. There is no easy solution to make this happen due to our zombie economy with fake money.

Its basically just a long term lease from a bank
Do I believe its plausible, absolutely. Have I seen evidence that suggests it, no

If Bama beats Oklahoma and loses to AU and then loses to whoever in the SECCG Bama may get left out. I'm not sure if the committee has said anything about that.

I wasnt talking about playoff but just SECCG. The SEC put a LOT of pressure on the CFB playoff after last season. There is no scenario in which a 10-2 SEC team goes to SECCG and gets left out because of loss. The SEC would then just take its ball leave

Just an old dudes opinion, but I have never like running out of the shot gun except for the pistol. Trying to run with no momentum is difficult. This is the reason the I and option are/wre more successful.

Its a copycat game. Every coach does it, im assuming just because going under center just hurts the passing game too much. Bama has a good enough QB to run play action from under center and still get it to second read if needed. Id love for Bama to really implement some plays from I formation and get some wins in the run game. I just highly doubt the team practiced it enough to run it effectively
Film Guy Network on Bama run game

I watched some of this breakdown on the run game Saturday...im sorry, I know hes a senior, but Jam is just a terrible RB. Even in the darkest of dark years for Bama football, there were better RBs than this. The dude is just slow both with actually running and making decisions. If blocking is really that important, just put a backup TE in there at RB.

The right side of OL just sucks too. I hope we start going for quicker linemen even if we have to give up size
