Yeah, you’re right.

True, but she was quick to dispel his fears and assure him he had done nothing wrong

Am I the only one who was envious of Bear there for a while? When she climbed and his bed and took her top off, and in subsequent days when she was all up on him and he was taking her to pound town, I was definitely thinking was a lucky SOB

Just watched it, and liked it. Amazing performance by that actress - I’ll be pulling for her to win an Oscar.
I’m a fan of Diversion Pizza but I don’t feel like driving that far. Anybody been to Marlin’s or Nick’s?

5 Guys is last for me. The other three are interchangeable.

try the tomato pie at St Pizza on magazine and I guarantee you will change your mind on that

I did, and I agree. Probably the best pie I’ve ever had in NO
Pittsburgh style: a round pie with thinner crust, similar to New York style, but chewy, not crispy. It should be cooked at a lower temperature for longer, without really blistering or developing color. It should have a very “cooked” tasting sauce that’s kinda sweet, with a relatively large amount of 50/50 provolone and mozzarella blend. Like quite a bit more cheese than you’d expect.

2nd would be Ohio Valley (cold cheese/topping) style.

Ray Lewis, and Warren Sapp. There wasn’t anyone like that on the field against Nebraska in 1995

Ask those two who was the best QB they ever faced. That Miami team was loaded on defense in 94 and Nebraska beat them on their own field in the Orange Bowl. Nebraska of the mid-90s was not the same as their 80s/early 90s teams. Once Osborne started recruiting speed it was all over. Heck, Frazier was from Florida.

They got number 1 right

Agreed. They were the best I’ve seen and it’s really not close. Of course LSU fans will argue but two things come to mind: first of all, Tom Osborne is far superior to Coach O. Secondly, what happens if Burrow gets injured? Nebraska had already proven that their backup (Brook Berringer) could take over for Tommie Frazier and they wouldn’t miss a beat. Not so sure that would’ve been the case if Myles Brennan had to fill in for an injured Burrow. Saban said Nebraska 95 is the GOAT (they best his Michigan State team 50-10 that year) and I trust his opinion.

Bourque’s in Port Barre. Consistently excellent. Their fresh and smoked sausages are great as well.

Where to get good tomatoes?

Posted by moontigr on 7/31/26 at 5:32 pm
I just came back from a trip to the Ohio Valley (PA/WV/OH) and the tomatoes there were phenomenal. Not sure if it’s the soil or what, but I bought from various roadside stands and farmers markets and they were all sweet and delicious. Unfortunately I’ve never been able to find anything close in Louisiana. Does any place in BR or the surrounding area sell legit tomatoes? Rome’s in Welcome is my normal go-to but they’re nowhere near as good as what I had up there.
