Most shocking, out of nowhere scene in a movie (SPOILERS)

I'd have to go with Brad Pitt's death scene in Meet Joe Black. Watched it last night and I had forgotten how surprising it was.

You forgot the "I" in movie
I remember off the top of my head DiCaprio getting shot and killed in the elevator in The Departed shocked me

Huh...first one that came to mind was John Travolta getting blown away coming out of the bathroom in Pulp Fiction. Had no idea he was in there, and was stunned that Tarantino killed the character like that.

The dual twists at the end of Frailty for me. I saw the first reveal coming, but the twist about God really directing him to do it blew me away.

full frontal of Jason Segel in Forgetting Sarah Marshall lol. I saw it in the theater, and then didn't see it again for a couple of years when I rented the dvd from Red Box and took it on a plane to watch on my laptop. I'm sitting there in the plane having completely forgotten about that scene, and there is his little white dong on my computer screen (and I was sitting in the aisle too).
