It’s the people from Silo 17 that forced their way out. That scene was the opening of season two. But if you look closely in the clip I posted, it is from an interesting perspective.

At least it will be a relatively short wait compared to the previous seasons. It will air in July again next year because it’s already been filmed. It’s was 18 months between the other seasons.

If you are watching in 70mm IMAX, get there on time. There is one 4 minute intro scene from Dune Part 3 (worth the price of admission if you are a Dune fan) and then the movie starts. No 20-30 minutes of trailers and commercials.

Based on every other Alien movie having a strong female lead and reports that this will also be a sequel to Romulus, which would bring back Cailee Spainey. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was from her perspective and Fassbender plays a similar role as he did in Covenant. I would prefer an all David movie, but I didn’t hate Spainey in Romulus.

I’m a sucker for world building and with the threads he laid down in Prometheus, he should have given us some real answers and lore expansion in Covenant.

I’m hoping Fassbender would be the lead. But it is Alien. It would be out of the ordinary to have a strong male lead.

Peter Gabriel was assigned to 17 aka Solo’s silo.

That was Peter Gabriel. He was practicing for a performance later in the day. Same for the Senator’s speech. That whole day was an event to unveil the silos to the public, albeit a very select group of the public. The text will be explained, but it was to show that his sister was not the one sending it. She would have finished the inside joke about their parents clawing frantically in their coffins.
Hands down the best Disney channel original movie. Team Pup-'N-Suds for life!

This is exactly how I feel. I think the choice to kill Shaw offscreen led to a whole host of bad decisions in Covenant. It may be a fool’s hope, but I believe Ridley can right the ship if he lives long enough to make this.
