Also the guy who Vincent Vega accidentally shoots in the back of Jules Winnfield's car in Pulp Fiction. Totally out of nowhere!

Deep Blue Sea- That giant shark coming in and eating Samuel Jackson in 1 bite right in the middle of his all-important monologue.

Edit: Dam someone beat me to it.

"Oh man, I shot Marvin in the face". Travolta's reaction to that cracks me up

you have to go a long way back but the mob scene in Day of the Locust had people stumbling and bumbling incoherently out of the theatre. true.

Steven Seagal dying in Executive Decision (1996)

He still had star power coming off the Under Siege films. He was billed as a headliner in the movie. He shared the poster equally with Kurt Russell.

Dies in the first act lol

There was a scene in the movie 2012 where some guy gets caught and crushed in a giant ship gear. Pretty horrific and out of nowhere.

I'd have to go with Brad Pitt's death scene in Meet Joe Black

You were shocked that a guy in a movie about a guy dying and death taking his body died?

There was a very clear imminent rape about to happen in Beethoven 2 that even I as a kid was like WTF.

I remember Siskel and Ebert calling it one of the most inappropriate things included in a kids movie ever.

"Hey guys, we need to come up with heroic things for the dog to do."

"We could have a 14 year old girl about to get raped and he could stop it?"
