Besides the Streep voice casting, the fact that this will take place after WW2 is a big change too. Means the subsequent movies (if they get there) will take place closer to modern time. Probably so they can make it “relatable” to our times. Because I’m not sure why else they would do that

I think we should call this "The Odyssey" effect. Morons compromised and Hollywood got the wrong idea.
This show has no chance of being successful. Would be much better if Angel Studios could get the license. Or Jeremy Boreing who used to be with Daily Wire.
