But I feel like this distinction is not publicly known. I guess they are gonna force a second bowl win to engage this conversation but it’s already true.

So long as he has Stafford, he is. Not a knock on him, but without Stafford under center, Rams are at best a .500 team. His offense relies on a more than competent QB. He's been smart enough and lucky enough to have Stafford and Goff as a coach. Both are very good QBs. Stafford was good when he was in Detroit. Goff is good in Detroit. Goff was good when he was with the Rams

Macdonald's Seahawks got him 2 of 3 and might have made it a sweep if not for a million-dollar coffin corner punt.

Ben Johnson might be better. When you can turn around the Lions into having the leagues best offense and then go to Chicago, make Williams look good and almost make the playoffs, then you are great at what you do.
