We really need to stop posting this guy on here - he has no idea what he's talking about and is consistently wrong.

The media deal couldn’t be any more than the AAC’s contract with ESPN

They won't go if it isn't significantly more, but it will be. AAC is underpaid; Sunbelt is underpaid.
That's kind of the way it is in the world these days; $ accelerates as you move up.

Stanford
Oregon State
Washington State
Cal
Tulane
Memphis
USF
SMU

Honestly speaking that might not be a terrible conference, but what TV executive is going to look at that lineup and open up their checkbook for more than… let’s say $10 million. Which is roughly the same as the American’s existing media deal

Now that Tulane is Power 5 (and counts towards that SEC rule) , sign that 10 year home and home.

Tulane could have some serious bragging rights in the near future. SEC and PAC champion? Who else would be able to say that? Certainly not Ole Miss ha ha

Tulane is famous for killing dying conferences

Looks like they might add the Pac-10 to their tally

I think Tulane in the ACC fits. Not loving the PAC but I’ll take it
