Easy now.
At one point in the 90’s their starting 5 was Tim Hardaway, Sprewell, Chris Mullin, Billy Owens and Chris Webber.
What year were you born?

Dalvin Cook and Leonard Fournette are both better than Kamara and their teams are in better shape to compete for a super bowl

San Fran/Oakland is the 6th largest media market behind Dallas, Philly, Chicago, LA and New York.
And you have 3 teams in NY and 2 in LA. Throw in Houston, and you have GS at 10th at best

They were likely going to win anyways, but I really hope shite like this is a phase and doesn’t become the new norm. Also I can’t imagine rooting for a non Houston team much less a player. I don’t know how long I’d have to live in a new place to make the switch

lets be honest hendy, the NBA is going to just cut out every team not in New York, LA, Boston, Atlanta, Houston, Chicago, Philly, or Oakland
I'd honestly rather that than the constant disrespect from media, the unbearable bias, and the ease at which players sign with big market teams while smaller market teams fight tooth and nail for mediocre role players.
I think the Boogie signing is going to be a wake up call for a lot of fans.

I just posted this in another thread but it should probably be in this one instead:
Something else I've noticed about NBA free agency is that city location/size seems to matter a lot more to the players for whatever reason. In the NFL, the biggest free agent signing this offseason signed with the Vikings. When's the last time a marquee free agent signed with the Timberwolves? I've never understood what that's such a bigger deal for NBA players than it is in NFL/MLB.

Bron and the heat kind of started the whole super team up and the warriors have just gone full retard with it and now you have guys trying to team up in order to beat it, if you aren’t on a contender you’ve been tendered irrelevant and should piss and moan until you get traded to a team with other super friends.
And yes great teams have existed in the past and it was good for the NBA but those teams at least felt beatable, now the league has just become front loaded and you have more way more teams opting to tank than try and compete for a meaningless playoff spot

And frick all those stupid frickers who are fans of players, not teams. You did this shite too. It's weird and honestly creepy to be a fan of a player in team sports.
FanDuel and DraftKings are rotten to the core and it starts because of this.
Okay maybe it was the commercials at first but not anymore.

I agree with you HH. I’ve been saying for a few years now that the league has a problem. It’s a player driven league.
I’m sorry it took this deal to send some people over the top.

Agree 10000% and is the one of the main reasons I don’t follow the Pels as closely as the Saints. I still root for them but deep down there are serious flaws in the NBA that need to be addressed in order to see a more well balanced product.
Teams like NOLA, Atlanta, Orlando, Milwaukee, etc. will never stand a chance of winning a title in the current stage the NBA is in.

I’m a Celtics fan and happen to be a LeBron fan. Of course I’m hoping he sucks when he plays Boston but other that that , I like to watch the guy compete. It’s differnt now though. He’s a Laker. frick LeBron. I hope LaVar wears his arse out.
