This thread is dropping faster than SPCX stock.
At $176, down $50 from its high just two days ago.

That's good to hear because I want a lot more of this stock.

I saw when leaving work that SPCX was at $149. I thought, "I'll buy some when I get home." Guess I'll have to wait until the next dip to finally get in.
There will definitely be other dips before it settles. I'm going to buy up all I can when I can.

I’m not going to buy any SpaceX for 6 months. I think 6 months the from not the price will be at its lowest and then that’s when I need to buy. Could be wrong but don’t think so.

Looks like projections range from 50-190 for 2029. To me that’s a long time to maybe get 30-40 from a share with equal chance of losing a hundred per share

I trust professionals more when it comes to my money.

I put in ordered at 150 last week and they executed this week. I’ll probably do that over time, just keep building on dips. I’m long on this company, but they have to get Starship operational in 2027 delivering version 3 starlink and Artemis missions. I see that as the biggest risk right now to the company. But if they can get Starship to operate like Falcon 9, there is nothing stopping this stock.

Even from space X own s1. The space part of the business is basically noise compared to the AI market. It's peanuts in terms of revenue

man I hope people here didn’t chase at 200. It will likely get back there at some point but there’s no pride in being an IPO bag holder and no gold star for owning a stock in its first week.
the original IPO price estimate was 135. And that was still too much when you back out the hype. Retail got played…again
there’s a great deal of potential here and a lot of great reasons to be bullish on the company but it’s just too expensive…it’s being traded as a luxury item. There’s no reason to own it at the moment as the artificial scarcity is gone.

I keep going back to Morningstar saying its worth $63 a share.
But in regards to what has happened so far, we have only seen retail play retail at this point. Retail won't get played by original investors until after the lockup periods start rolling out.

Waiting a year on big ticket IPOs generally results in outperforming the S&P if you choose wisely. Buying at IPO prior to the historical drawdown results in a median underperformance to the index of about -130%

The investment bankers leading the IPO for SpaceX make a lot of their coin embedding a margin in the initial price. So, even it is a bit inflated.

Not sure acquiring T-Mobile would be great for the valuations. As telecoms are low margin business with little growth.
However it would help their cash flow issue.
