In some ways it's harder now because of inflation, education cost, and house prices. But in some ways it's never been easier. Anyone can invest now and mostly there's zero fees with investing. And now skills raise to the top without going to college. So many more opportunities
Bought today. Hopefully this will pay off as well as NBIS has.

Standfield injury hurt. Wish we had him in LF and Braun at 1b all sec play

Japan was a blast. I did 5 days in Tokyo then 4 days in kyoto/osaka. Book tower tickets in advance for sunset. In Tokyo pick a direction a day and hit up all the stuff on that side. Tokyo is huge. Also don’t worry about food or reservation. Hit up the local places. Food is amazing

Pitchers walked to many batters and our defense was bad first half of sec play. Defense cost us 4 sec games and we finished 4 sec wins short
This attitude would eliminate them for me wanting to date them. Meet my wife 25 years ago when we both were poor college students and never more than 200 in my banking accounts. Got married in college and never looked back. We built an amazing life together. That’s what I cared about. Finding a true life partner now some rule
and then developers get sued and have to fix the problem which in return floods the new houses and the owners of those houses have to deal with the issue
I didn’t say make it illegal I was asked why I cared and I answered. I don’t feel people should use any tobacco products either and look down on the people who do
I care because I care about humanity and if it’s not for health reasons you are doing a lot of harm to your body but you just don’t see it. You lose a lot of bone density and muscle mass. Those two things alone should scare anyone just doing it for recreational reasons
If you doing it for health reasons that’s fine. If it’s only to look better go workout and earn it
I know parents of the smart kids in St. George and because they like the magnet programs so much they are prepare to move into EBR if this passes
As of right now the only thing guarenteed is that they can stay in the band they are in. St George knows parents in magnet program wants their kids in the magnet programs so to get them to vote yes I wouldn’t put it pass them to lie. EBR was willing to let the kids from St. George continue to come if they got the money for said kid but St. George said no they need the money
DC is gone. Still mid 1st rd projections
Other factors such as retirement, pto, and second job commute is needed.
Based on the info you provided I would do option 2. 1.5 hours a day in the car sounds horrible. Not to mention wear and tear on car and gas should be factored in. Sound like option 1 would also take away family time
Matty was just reporting what boosters were saying. Basically we didn’t have the money unless it was wade. In January that looked very unlikely but no one knew how much love wade had for LSU. I knew based on matty it was wade or MM and was just hoping it was wade. Season ticket holder for 15 years and we deserved better than MM
Great mind think alike lol. I just hate debt. I know my house interest rate is so low I shouldn’t pay it off early but I will. Probably 10-12 years early. Even if I don’t it will be paid off before I retire
I actually like the team better with these young players playing. Defense looks improved and now the team isn’t just swinging for the fences
I know we will have about 30k a month coming in with pensions, investment accounts, and 401ks. We will also have no debt. Our house will be paid off ten years before we retire. We believe in only paying cash for cars. But this is best done with long term intentions. We save 500 a month in our car fund. More than enough when the time comes considering we keep cars 10-15 years. The one non smart thing we do is we buy new and actual order exactly what we want. But then again I bought my car 14 years ago and plan on having it another 5 years. Wife just bought her new vehicle last summer and had gone 15 years without a new one.
