I don’t disagree that AI is going to be the prominent business with the other prominent cash engine being starlink; however, those plans can only be achieved by starship. So, while start ship is not the cash generator it is the logistics backbone for the entire business model.

i think fair value on SPCX is in the 60's. when/if it gets there i'll load up. in the meantime i own it in QQQ whether i want to or not

no it is not my intent to shite talk, however this is a decent lesson in IPO hysteria and cult of personality (and quite a bit of bullshite) in the markets which almost always hurts the retail small investor first.
there are almost as many posts in this thread saying to wait 6 months as there are saying they'll leave this to their grandkids.
