The SEC will love this.

That's REALLY going to piss off Sankey. Lol

Two players in the football case already had this ruling form a judge and the SEC claimed they were having a vote in 3 days to kick LSU out of the SEC if those two players were rostered.

right. judge needs to grow some nuts and have sankey arrested for contempt of orders.

This is just so, when he wins this case, he can sue the SEC for monetary damages / “lost wages” he would have made in NIL should LSU had been able to roster him.

Personally, I'd just let this go if I were LSU and Kiffin. It's not worth the trouble. Even if the court ruled in favor of the guy, it doesn't mean Sankey won't find some way to punish LSU whether it be by the zebras on the field/court, coming up with some other kind of hoop LSU has to jump through, or whatever.

Wade to the SEC when the judge orders him to roster Luis

Correct. And do you know why that vote didn't take place? Because of the potential legal implications that could result from the SEC kicking LSU out for following a judge's order.
If its court ordered by a judge, LSU would then be held legally responsible for not rostering those players. It's the reason the 2 "former NFL" players have now sued the SEC and LSU. And it's the entire reason LSU can just hold their hands up and go, we understand that this was ordered by a judge, but our how hands are tied by the SEC who is ultimately responsible. "Stuck between a rock and a hard place" argument.

The SEC can love it or hate it. LSU isn’t the party filing the petition. Luis’s attorney is.

Arrested is one of the least likely outcomes of contempt, especially in this case. You have been watching too much TV. However, he could be held in contempt.

it's the petitioner's responsibility to seek enforcement of the court's orders and request sanctions (jail time) for non-compliance. The Court doesn't file contempt actions on their own when people disobey court orders. The judge "needing to grow nuts" has nothing to do with this. If the players want to file a contempt action they can, and if the Court finds Sankey in contempt, he can put him in jail for it. But all of that would have to start with a filing from a party to the case. Judge's don't play perpetual hall monitor for the orders they've entered in their cases. They address non-compliance of orders when it's pled through court filings. Also, most people found to be in contempt don't go to jail for it. Yes, that is one form of relief the court can provide, but the court generally doesn't jail people for contempt.

Good! LSU had already dropped everything to cater to the SEC and the SEC is still bringing LSU to court. Since the SEC won’t drop their case LSU should do everything it can to help LSU.

The SEC should love it.
Luis’ suit says LSU isn’t letting him play because of SEC rules.
But you are right, the SEC will still hate it.

I'd just let this go if I were LSU and Kiffin

Personally, I don't see Kiffin mentioned anywhere in this story.
Are you just making shite up in your head?
