Good grief these posts have got to stop. You pearl clutchers are killing me. No it doesn’t. What will bother me is if we miss the playoffs this year.

I want to preface this by saying that I NEVER watch the Paul Finebaum Show, but with all of the legal maneuvering going on nationwide, I thought I’d tune in to see if he had walked back anything he said about CLK and LSU.

Well, the very first caller goes on a rant about LSU and Kiffin, saying that if LSU plays the two players involved, the program should be fined AND banned from the postseason.

Finebaum’s response? LSU, under Kiffin, has become an “outcast in college football.”

Wait…WHAT?

So far, at least 5 judges in 5 different states have issued rulings involving dozens of players nationwide, with one ruling applying to an entire class of eligible athletes.

This is happening ALL OVER THE COUNTRY. LSU didn’t create this situation, and LSU sure as hell isn’t the only school involved.

At this point, Paul Finebaum has absolutely ZERO credibility as a serious college football commentator.

Why any LSU coach gives this idiot ANY information or sound bites, whether it’s on his show, through a phone call, or even an email, is beyond me. He’s done nothing but BASH this program year in and year out.

Wright was permitted by a court order to enter the transfer portal, and LSU recruited him from that portal just as any other school was free to do. LSU didn’t create the situation or receive special treatment—they simply played the game under the rules and legal rulings that were in effect.”

That gets across exactly what you’re trying to say without making the broader claim that no NCAA or SEC bylaw is involved at all.

Harris had arrests in 2023 and 2024, including allegations involving DUI/fleeing in one incident and domestic violence/obstruction in another. NFL.com’s own scouting report specifically said teams would need to investigate those arrests as part of their evaluation.
