No real reason to go longer than 12" with a 300 blackout, especially if going suppressed. What you need to pay attention to is twist rate of the barrel. The ballistics of a 300 blackout is pretty much capped at 10 inches. Twist rate will affect your accuracy at ranges more than 6 more inches of bar...
