Guys, I need some help. I had a personal goal to finish a 5k and pushed through some knee pain to make it happen for the Louisiana Marathon. Finished in 33 and some change, but at 260 lbs, I was moving. Knee pain is even worse now and I haven't run since. I took anti-inflammatory for a week which didn't help, and now I've just been resting it but it's not getting any better.

Any suggestions from the runners here? Could an injection help? Really enjoy running and to be honest with this pain I can't really do any cardio.

Its the truth, and a hard one to swallow, and Im okay with never winning another basketball game ever again if we can continue winning baseball games and bring the football program to an actual elite level.

Yeah, but the Sophisticats are actually kind of cool. They don't have dance routines, or "flash mobs" inside of bars or have this overly inflated ego. They walk in every Houma parade and hand out roses to chicks and little kids.

Tell that to my brand new 1500 with less than 20k miles that dropped an entire row of cylinders due to deactivation while doing 55 mph. Oil changed every 5k miles and never beaten on.

Any HC isnt going to replace Joe Brady as their OC unless they are a highly regarded offense HC, and I cant think of a single one with a better offense than Joe Brady.
