Easily it's 2003 for me. My brother and I attended 8 game that year, capped in the dome. It was magical because it had been 45 years and I think many doubted that LSU would ever win another title.
He and I have long since given up our tickets and that was kind of our last hoorah. We met and partied so many great Tiger fans at home and on the road. Tiger fans took over a piano bar in Columbia, SC on one trip and I was there to see Eli fall on his arse.

2011 was also very special but, at a distance.

I was pretty young in 03 and went to the championship. 07 was fantastic but I think 2011 had to be tops for me.

I was a sophomore at LSU and went to every game home and away

2011 season for me. I was able to attend every home game and the national championship that year

Favorite game was the win over Florida in 2007. I knew then at heart I needed to go to LSU

Way back to my sophomore year - 1961

After losing to Rice in the season-opener, the Tigers ran the table in style. The Tigers finished impressively at 10-1 ranked #3. They were 7-0 in the SEC, but BAMA was awarded the crown because they finished 8-0.

Fun team to watch: Lynn Amadee and Jimmy Field alternating at QB. Jerry Stovall and Wendell Harris at HB and Earl Gros at FB. Roy Winston on the line and Billy Traux at end. A very impressive roster.

ETA: Although 2001 Rohan Davey to Josh Reed was also pretty fun to watch.

2015. The second of my two years as a student. LF7 was a heisman finalist that year. He’s what made the season so fun. Watching that man run around, by, and through everybody that tried to stop him was amazing.

That was a fun season until that terrible 3 game stretch. Yeah the bama loss was bad but if we had beaten ole miss and arky we could have at least been in playoff contention still

I loved the 1972 season above all others: Bert Jones, Brad Davis, Jimmy LeDoux, Steve Rogers, Ken Addy, Mike Williams (LSUs first black footballer) and all the great Tiger Stadium games that year! Who can forget Jones to Davis for the win vs Ol' Mess? Or LSU blowing out #5 Auburn? Or LSU controlling the ball for 45 minutes and amassing 650 yards vs Wisconsin? Or Mike Williams racing down the field in the pouring rain to pull down a Florida running back at the LSU one? Or Frank Racine making a game saving tackle inside the one to foil upset-minded Tulane?

1972 was what LSU football was, and will always, be about.

Earl Gros at FB

My memory that far back is sketchy, but was is Earl Gros or Charley Cranford that used to be in on the goalline push, that would vault over the line into the endzone?
