Are you sure they need to be replaced? If the frames are in good shape, I’d recommend trying to just reglaze them. It may not be an option depending on the frames, but def. worth looking into. Companies make more money selling you new retrofit windows so they may not be discussing the re-glazi...

All mentioned are good. To add to your list: Malarky and Atlas. I would suggest considering a high (4) impact rated shingle. Some insurance companies offer discounts for impact resistance. The IBHS tests and rates shingles each year from different manufacturers. Might be something to look into...
