An international team is a terrible idea unless you put it in Canada. Mexico is barely functioning narco state, you think players and coaches would want to live there? They or their families would be targets for kidnapping and ransom by the cartels. Imagine the security costs alone. Europe with the taxes and travel? No way.
I keep waiting for the greed of NFL owners and the league to kill the golden goose but it doesn’t happen. People are just too addicted to the NFL, they’ll put up with whatever ever slop and money scheme the owners throw in front of them and eat it up
