Dad took us to a friend's house and our families watched the game together. I was 4 years old but I remember the excitement.
I'm feeling the same way about this. He is so emotional and refreshed. The way he spoke about the university, staff, and the Pantheon of Concrete and Steel was like poetry. He has thought about this before. He feels this is his destiny. He's done the NFL, he's refurbished a rickety team, now he's thinking legacy.

Pleas, somebody give him some LSU gear to put on pronto.
This is how professional adults do business.

You probably drifted in here because of Kelly. Just drift on out to wherever tf he went.

No disrespect meant to Frank, but he should move on.
Exactly.

You either let them work out their notice, or make them walk early, based on what's best for the Company.

The rest is classless drama.

This is true. Sometimes the grass is greener because of a sewage problem.

There is a reason why Lane is leaving. Maybe he is exposing that to the world right now.
100% truth

He gave notice. Let him work it out. Show the potential HCs out there you can manage this with class.
