Maybe for low end car wrecks. And even then businesses are required to have lawyers.
There is no difference from one car wreck to another. Every one is the same. Lower insurance limits just means you steer clients to docs who take health insurance. Higher limits you steer them away to maximize the billed amount (that will be paid at a huge negotiated discount later)
Medical finance will replace litigation finance and cut out the 40% party.

I would never venture into litigation unrepresented. And I'm a lawyer.
I should be more specific. There are many many areas of law where I completely agree. Personal injury is the area that can be replaced in nearly 100% of current litigation

When 98.5% of cases are settled before trial this is absolutely zeeeero advantage to giving an attorney 40% to file some motions with white out

Supreme court ruled that we can't be penalized for not having health insurance years ago. So why are we still asked about breaks in coverage and getting sent the 1095C?
My understanding is that the law is still in place and the ONLY thing that changes is that you can no longer be penalized. But you are still "breaking the law". so they are still checking for compliance.
Basically welcome to government efficiency and stupidity.

Hire a lawyer. It’s the only way you will get a fair settlement.
There is no worse advice than this.
Attorneys have to get their 40% from you and property adjusting is so much cleaner than soft tissue where attorneys can get $200,000 medical bills they later settle for $50,000.
The law’s around property damage claims are in the damaged parties favor.
AI can do equal without taking 40% of your claim.

If your dr. checked the box "brand only" on the rx, its worse because brands are not typically covered and if they happen to be, they are a high copay. Dr could have avoided this mess by learning to write for generics or at the least write a backup rx for a generic treatment option
This is 100% the doc or his employer chasing supplemental pay.
Drugs are chemicals. There is no difference

None of this is the fault of the insurance company.
Your employer made the decision of what’s covered and how.
Your doctor prescribed what is clearly the largest option possible for their supplement pay from the manufacturer
But go ahead and blame the claims administrator:lol:
