If your dr. checked the box "brand only" on the rx, its worse because brands are not typically covered and if they happen to be, they are a high copay. Dr could have avoided this mess by learning to write for generics or at the least write a backup rx for a generic treatment option
This is 100% the doc or his employer chasing supplemental pay.
Drugs are chemicals. There is no difference

have BC/BS Large group insurance that I pay over a $1,000 a month for my third. And they can’t cover a freaking medication for stomach issues.
None of this is the fault of the insurance company.
Your employer made the decision of what’s covered and how.
Your doctor prescribed what is clearly the largest option possible for their supplement pay from the manufacturer
But go ahead and blame the claims administrator:lol:

You fricking people just don't get it. The DEMOCRATS DESTROYED the Farming Industry so Trump is trying to help them get back on their feet due to what the Democrats did to the industry.

None of that is comparable
“Subject to the Jurisdiction thereof”
“Militia”
“Religion”
Yea all three are totally all equally vague

Until Congress steps in the executive branch should have full authority to define “jurisdiction”.

Your statement that it makes no sense is beyond ridiculous because the word jurisdiction exists in the 14 and does not exist in the 1st or 2nd
You are the one somehow bringing in the 1st and 2nd into a discussion on the world jurisdiction. So if there is anything confusing here, you sir created it with the absence of rational thought

Im literally telling you exactly that. On the first page you started arguing when someone said SCOTUS could DEFINE JURISDICTION.
Which we all agree is only in the 14th.
You are the one why said they cant and to apply that logic to the 1st and 2nd
Now you are just arguing in circles

It makes complete sense. Jurisdiction meaning the use of ….and subject to the JURISDICTION thereof
Jurisdiction is specifically used in the 14th. Not the 1st or 2nd
Just say “my bad got it” and lets move on

I mean can you name a few things the republicans, with two branches and both chambers, have done to unravel the DC swamp as promised?
No
They are winning on immigration but other than the base lots of voters aren’t going to show up for down ticket races in a non presidential cycle when the person they are voting for has zero accomplishments to motivate them :dunno:
Like yippie i cant wait to vote to send swamp queen Letlow back to DC to enjoy herself so why spend 10 minutes of my day voting for her when she doesn’t spend 10 minutes of her year voting for her constituents
