A probate attorney can navigate WC. The rules are all quite literally written into the law. There is no gray area, there is no flexibility. It is simply procedural.

The single incentive for the attorney is driving up medical bills to increase their take. WC mills NEED the claimant to continue treating as long as possible and the bigger the surgery the better. A claimant returning to work quickly is of zero value.

So say what you want but 100% the dept of insurance will push the issue for this person for free.

What part dont you people understand? The NCAA screwed these kids who would have never left college and didn’t make a pro team and the courts are the place to settle arguments like this. The courts are agreeing that these kids have real damages based on the NCAA rule change and the remedy is to allow them to have the year of eligibility that everyone else is going to get too.

My post history will show im no fraud with my agreement. Its been really incredibly frustrating seeing him just become mainstream uniparty, actively attacking the Republicans making real change like Desantis, giving us terrible leadership by his support in the senate and house, endorsing solely because someone is a front runner like Landry and Letlow, and working to oust people who haven’t changed at all but because they point out his changes and his BS position swaps.

Outside of closing the border he’s really done nothing and nothing he has done will remain in place because nothing material has been done through legislation.
