Good. But let’s still have the hearing, lawsuit, whatever and get everyone on the record. No crying by anyone down the road when you give up your voice, rights, legal abilities, whatever. Put it out there where you stand with the SEC on commissioner power

The lawsuit is completely irrelevant now. It might even get voluntarily dismissed tomorrow. This is a huge victory for Sankey. He will come out in the media and act smug and declare victory and he will be right. He won. This is a god damn travesty.

This was an easy give. An apology is an easy give. Modest fine is easy to give.
Question is do they push for something unpalatable, like a season long Kiffin suspension or elimination from CFP consideration or an insanely heavy fine?
