just seems like such a small, passive thing to do after the SEC has been raging over this lol
The money was on the side of cooler heads "prevailing"
Follow the money.

If you think this will cause the SEC to withdraw their suit OR to cancel the Thursday boat, you haven't been following along. This was a smart maneuver by the LSU athletic department. Essentially terminates every plausible legal argument the SEC has. All that's left is hubris, and that's enough to fight wars over.
I don’t know what we’d ACTUALLY be guilty of. We’re not taking a pro player, we voted against taking them in the future right?

It's so obvious what's going on.

This is a god damn travesty.
No it's not, they are 2 players that went undrafted and couldn't make a NFL roster. If we can avoid a vote by mouth breathers from Ole MIss, UF, UGA, A&M ect we should. No telling what these idiots might do.

Kiffin would most definitely tell Sankey to go frick himself and he’d rather leave this conference before he allowed them to suspend him for the Ole Miss game. Kiffin will be on that field against Ole Miss no matter what.

LSU needs to bust into the meeting like SEC Shorts Vandy pimp and bitch slap Sankey. Then yell out, “Anybody else want some?”

I hope Aiden Anding can come back healthy next season. Extremely talented player and a good guy also. I know this thread isn’t about that, but still

elimination from CFP consideration or an insanely heavy fine?
Heavy fine but LSU would not accept a CFB ban. An SECCG ban? Sure. But they would fight a full postseason ban. And I doubt that’s a consideration

They’ll fight to the death before they allow Kiffin to be suspended for any of this petty crap

Texas is for voting LSU out. I’d have to think that would cause OU, Arkie, Texas A&M to vote against since they view Texas as having ruined their old conference

I’m still wondering FOR WHAT? The funniest thing in the world would be for the SEC to get granted this “Power” and rule EVERY kid with a TRO ruled INELIGIBLE by the NCAA….be ruled INELIGIBLE by the SEC despite local court orders…. Lol
