Is there anyone who honestly believes that Judge William Jorden's ruling has settled this? It is not over by a long shot and my feeling is that the SEC has us over a barrel.

I am as angry as anyone over how we are being treated. I do not like hangers on like Kentucky, Ole Miss, and Vanderbilt, for example, running roughshod over a program like ours but that is just the way it is.

Let's suppose we did get kicked out of the SEC or decided to leave on our own then where are we going to go? Who in their right mind would want to travel across the country to play games? And going independent is not an option - we are not Notre Dame. The SEC is where we belong.

We need to tell Harris and Wright that we are sorry but things just did not work out. Then we can get our revenge on the field.

Down vote away but I am right and everyone damn well knows it.

I also would like LSU to reconsider rostering these players. Just want this shite to be over with and play some ball.

Isn’t this what many teams from the former PAC-10 did

And then they'll sue us.

Downvote me all you want but that will happen. There's a player that was supposed to go to Missouri but the school decided to follow the SEC's rules and now is threating to sue the school.

They would be in violation of a court order if they don’t roster them btw

As well you should. These kids went pro, suited up for a preseason game. etc. Yes i understand they were subsequently granted a 5th year but the cow is already out the barn. Maybe if they had waited to see what the shake out would be before signing up (and getting cut) by a pro team, then yeah of course sign them. but once a barrier is crossed, there is no going back. keep them around just don't roster them until everything settled.

And dont tell me but muh Chambliss. He did not go pro, do the combine or anything

the juice is not worth the squeeze.

You're either a woman or you need to ask your doctor about TRT.

The ruling says LSU "must" roster them or "can" roster them?

kicked out over following a court ruling?

why wasn't Alabama threatened to be kicked out when they played a pro player? he was allowed until another judge said no. why is this some bigger deal all of a sudden?

Really? Thanks for the heads up. They switched conferences because their own collapsed and I am sure their fans love it.
