... and Dave Aranda gets fired by Baylor. (Both have more than a 50% chance of happening)

Would you accept Aranda back under Kiffin's coaching rehab clinic at LSU?

two of the biggest brains in the sport on the sideline together?

I think Aranda would suffer the same problems he did in 2019. He really struggled to adjust to our offense scoring so frequently and so quickly. He made adjustments and they were much improved by the end of the season, but I do worry that'd be an issue under Kiffin.

What are the other options besides Aranda?

I think any coach would've had the same problem and its the nature of the game.

He is creative. We beat countless top 10 teams under his tenure here.

Would take him back in a heartbeat. His defenses at lsu never felt like they gave up the homerun and when the defense got healthy in 2019, they got alot better

I love Dave Aranda. He is a brilliant football mind. I wouldn't mind him coming back as our DC but it is worth being said that he and O did not part on the best of terms and O is currently on our staff. I am not sure that he would want to come back.

I was a fan of Dave.

Would not want him back, however.

Dave Aranda was a fanfrickingtastic DC.

Yes, obviously.

But I think he'll be an NFL DC next if he's fired.

If and when Blake Baker leaves the only phone call Lane should make is to Jeremy Pruitt

If Kiffin wants him, of course.

I have no reason to think he’d be better than the person Kiffin would otherwise select though.

Ah, the good old days when that is all we had to worry about.

I don't know if one program can contain that much autism.

There is so much wrong with this statement. There were suspension for the entire season, injuries and several cases with 2-3 game suspensions of key players that season that we didn’t see his full defense until TAMU and really the SEC championship game.
