Wont matter the next DC at LSU will be Chris Kiffin

Seems underwhelming, he only has one year of DC experience (2017 FAU).

I think Aranda would suffer the same problems he did in 2019. He really struggled to adjust to our offense scoring so frequently and so quickly. He made adjustments and they were much improved by the end of the season, but I do worry that'd be an issue under Kiffin.

I think to much is made of this. Yes that defense did struggle at times. But they never failed to come through or cause a threat to lose a game. Honestly all defenses struggle when their own offense scores so fast. But I think coaches are figuring that out also to a degree. The simple fact is in this age with so many explosive fast paced offense, expectations should be adjusted. The days of the 2011 level LSU defense or Top notch bama defenses are gone at least not at the shutdown level they performed at.

but it is worth being said that he and O did not part on the best of terms and O is currently on our staff.
That’s a really easy fix.
