I still have tremendous faith in Lane Kiffin.

He is the right head coach. He will eventually build a perennial playoff team here.
But I have no confidence in Baker at this juncture. None.

I think Kiffin and Weiss prove they're magicians because I'm going be honest: there's a lot of mediocrity in this offense. They just scheme so well it works. Not worried here.

He didn't win anything at USC, he didn't win anything at Tennessee, he didn't win anything at Ole Miss.
It's very possible he doesn't win anything here.

Agree about Baker, but something is wrong with Kiffin. This is not the coach we hired from Ole Miss.

I’m 100% with Lane. But what cost us tonight was him not being Lane and being conservative. He will learn from it and I believe he will bring a championship to LSU but he has to be himself.

I did, I do not anymore. In 5 weeks he’s been out coached by two first year head coaches with inferior rosters.
And that 4th and 1 call is one of the weakest, if not the weakest, call I’ve seen an LSU coach make in a long, long time.
Had a chance to win the game with his offense and he tucked his tail and hid in the corner. Brian Kelly would’ve gone for that and Lane didn’t. Not sure how anyone can have confidence in him after seeing that shite. Sickening.

He drank the Kool-Aid about the defense being elite and thought he could lean on them.

We can’t move people up front because our guards are shite. QB can’t stay comfortable in the pocket because our guards are shite and he’s wild trying to change his style to fit the offense in the first place. Youre missing your AA TE and #1 target. It’s a lot of uncertainty and your D is supposed to be elite. There’s elite personnel on the D so you want to trust them but your DC is a coward so we’re losing close games we shouldn’t.

Baker sucked tonight, but even though our offense moved the ball well, I thought a Lane offense would at least be able to put up 30 points up against UK in regulation. Disappointing that we couldn't. This was a bad loss for Lane and he clearly contributed to it.
