There are certainly times to play soft. Up 10 in that spot you play soft. Up 3 I think you challenge them. Lane is still feeling his way around how to coach at LSU and with a defense he has faith in. He will figure it out. Last year against LSU he was basically in the same exact situation and he went for it and won the game. We still have a solid team for year 1. Just way too many injuries and Sam having to learn on the fly somewhat. Everyone will say “we are Losing Green and Seaton” and all this nonsense. We will be better year 2.

So do I. 100%!!! Lane needs to be Lane. Don’t overthink shite and do exactly what he was doing at Ole Miss. I can be SO wrong when I say this, but he looks jittery and seems to lack the confidence he had at OM. The team is reflecting that.

Maybe dude is trying to pull a BK. Suck so bad til the fanbase can't stand it anymore then pay him off to have incompetent people hire another overpaid coach.

I have confidence in Kiffin if he remebers who the hell he is. That 4th and 1 decision isn’t the Kiffin we hired. We hired the guy that went for it on 4th and 3 vs us last year not this gun shy pussy

But he never won a SEC championship in the 6 seasons he was there. He never even made the SEC championship game. In 4 seasons at USC, he never won a Pac 12 championship either.
He did win 2 Conference USA titles at FAU. If that matters???
