That's silly of them when LSU wouldn't even give that kind of money to the #1 overall football recruit who plays QB.

The whole Reese thing just reeked of squeezing every NIL $ he could out of State. Easy to see the outcome from a mile a way. Brand new staff, they couldnt lose their best player to the portal, etc...

Question - Seems obvious but I don't want to assume. Today is just the last day that a player can enter the portal, correct? The recruiting continues until school starts in August. There isn't a mad dash to get destination decisions in today, correct? Or am misunderstanding the process?

You're correct. Hard deadline to enter. Functional deadline of enrollment after that.

He is staying in tuscaloosa. Apparently they gave him a lot of money it's the only reason why I figure he did not transfer.
