That's my point. Not necessarily towards you but speaking in absolutes gives the wrong message. Milk is not bad for you
Exactly. Would I want my 5 year old drinking 12oz of Milk or Coke? I’m going milk everyday.

All for iifym for body composition goals, made that very clear. Also think whole30 is the best approach for health.
Drink milk all you want if it fits your macros but it isn't healthy

Compared to what a lot of Americans are drinking these days I’d say its healthy.

Is that true for all milk or just some milk?

Pretty much all milk in the US unless bought directly from the farm and is raw is not going to be very healthy. 99% of the good bacteria is killed when it is heated, and ends up having a ton of sugar and most of the good fats are removed.

Milk is for babies, when you get older you have to drink beer.

"Isnt healthy" makes it sound like it's bad for you. I've heard of some diets that encourage drinking loads of it. What gives?

It has a lot of sugar percentage wise imo and most people do not react well to milk from a health stand point. Actually to dairy period. Most get inflammation of some kind from drinking it, just goes unnoticed by most.
It's better than coke for sure, but it's still not good for you.

I agree. There is a reason they had to stop using the slogan, “Milk, it does the body good.”
Only people that really need milk are children under 2 and that’s for the fat. Humans are the only species that drinks another species’s milk.

What baffles me is that dairy farmers having a tough time selling raw milk. That shite is way better than what’s in the grocery store. Wasn’t it illegal for a time? I don’t feel like diving into it but it’s a damn shame two individuals cannot exchange in agricultural economic activity without fedgov saying otherwise.

I dont know that it was ever illegal but raw milk just doesn't keep very well and makes selling it difficult.
Posted on 4/22/18 at 11:05 am to Junky
It's illegal in most states and is in LA. Many states now allow part ownership of a cow called cow sharing where you can get rawilk but in LA any exchange of raw milk is illegal.
And the problem is you have to keep a farm clean and treat the animals right to be able to sell raw milk. Big dairy doesn't want that

Well this doesn't prove anything. Humans are the only species that do a whole list of things. That doesn't make anything on the list good or bad. Do other species cook their food? Does that mean we should eat all of our food raw?

I hardly ever drink it, but every once a month or so, i'll have a tall glass of cold milk. Stuff is good.
Also, ur not fat because you enjoy milk.

I love milk, but it's bad for acne and sinuses.

I don't touch the stuff. Not only because it's not intended for adults, but because homogenization and pasteurization process changes the structure of the protein into something unnatural. I quit drinking it years ago and immediately had better digestion and felt better overall.
"Results demonstrated that homogenization combined with UHT processing of milk caused not only changes in protein composition but also significant secondary structural loss, particularly in the amounts of apparent antiparallel ß-sheet and a-helix, as well as diminished tertiary structural contact."

You think any animal is going to let another animal suck on its nipples?
Or is there any animal smart enough to bottle its own milk and sell to other animals?

While true, this statement is incredibly stupid and meaningless in context.

I know that humans gather it and all, but cats love milk too. I'd guess most any animal would.
