They just pack milk with sugar, that's the only reason I avoid it. I'm not bothered by what type of different fats it's made up of. I just stay away from sugar all together.

12g of sugar, it 1/3 of what's in a Coke, in I cup. It's not in there naturally.

I had to make my son’s formula because his mother could not breast feed and he was highly allergic to all storebought formulas. Your diet should change as you age IMO.

I prefer a prune juice enema right before heavy deads and squats.

Lol my great grandma used to ask if I had my BM (bowel movement) for the day. If I didn't, she gave me prunes.

If I don’t have at least one a day I know something is out of sorts.

Better than Karo syrup (another old school BM producing remedy)

I never drink white milk. I’ll drink a gallon chocolate milk once a month though

It is pretty terrible for you. The Drink Milk campaign was based off lies. Olympic athletes burn through that sugar fairly easily but the avg American isn't performing that much work everyday.

I personally went towards heavy whipping cream for years after reading about milk. I'm now moving slowly away from even cream and dairy in general except farm eggs.

Another "House of Cards" in the food industry.

Y'all take things to the extreme sometimes. It's not pure sugar and it's not bad for you. It might not fit your profile or you could have something better but it isn't bad for you. The things y'all say, others will read. Be mindful.

Totally agree. Unless one is lactose intolerant, or has a RARE allergy to casein protein (since milk protein is 80% casein), there is not anything bad about milk.

Sure, GOMAD is an extreme method than can lead to fat gain. But that can applied to overconsumption of almost any energy-dense food group.

Extreme or absolute stances on nutrition just adds to the confusion for most of the general population.

Bottom line, what works for me may not work for you, and vice versa.

its actually really prominent on the bodybuilding boards.

any yes I realize milk isnt pure sugar but it is packed with quite a bit. I am actually not a fan of drinking any drink with carbs in it other than during the intra-workout window and then only certain carbs.

and im not taking an absolute stance on anything as I am not a low carb advocate for most. But there is nothing special about milk, at all, atleast store bought milk. raw grass fed milk is a different ball game.
