Mostly because you likely want to move it semi regularly to clean and/or hook up new stuff, so you don't want to set up much in the way of tie wraps or even velcro ties, imo, because it's time consuming to redo it all tome and time ag...

They have/had a cool family space, but they are located in a pretty bad spot IMO. Getting to Burbank at dinner time with kids for mediocre food is just... not worth it....
