What is the health board’s opinion on milk? I have always found that people either love milk and drink it everyday or they never drink it at all. I personally fall in the never category but I know a lot of people who drink it everyday.

Would y’all say it is good to add to your diet? Or would you say it is a big no no?

I don’t drink it often, but damn I love a cold glass of milk.

I love it but mostly use it to cook oatmeal. Rarely drink it straight.

I have read a bunch of those articles demonizing milk (and other dairy) and it has made me wonder if we should be consuming some of those products on a regular basis.

But it's delicious.

I usually get a glass of warm milk. It helps put me to sleep.

According to the "Eat This, Not That" people the best option out of milks and milk alternatives is grassfed milk. I've only recently started seeing it show up in the grocery stores in my area. It's pretty expensive. (come to think of it, I think my main contribution to this forum is coming up with expensive things )

Here is the article I mentioned which explains the pros/cons of each type of milk according to their analysis

I eat low-carb so it isn't an option for me, but I absolutely love a cold glass of whole-milk.

Does it fit your macros? That is the only question you should ask yourself.

I used to drink milk all the time. I stopped eating breakfast and stopped drinking milk as a result. Milk is good for you, but it’s like anything else. Too much of anything is bad for you.

I love milk but never find it worth my macros unless I'm using skim milk to make a protein shake (i just use almond milk anyway)

wow, i prob hadnt actually drank a glass of milk in roughly 15years. Well that may have been a carton in school, not a glass. We buy almond milk, which i use for cereal when i eat it.

I go through about 2 gallons of lactose-free whole milk a week.

I can’t imagine not drinking milk on a regular basis.
