I've been following Shawn Baker on social media recently. He's had a lot of success with all-meat eating. I think I had 6 steaks in the past week and essentially no vegetables. Anyone else?

I had 10 Hooters wings and cheese fries for supper. Close enough.

Restrictive diets never last. And that's about as restrictive as it gets

Way better than vegan or vegetarian, but as much as I love meat I have to have balance.

Bobby Maximus did a 100 day challenge with this recently and got sick as shite. He had a major bacterial infection and lost like 40 lbs.

Bobby was adamant that diet had nothing to do with it, just acquired bad bugs from restaurant.

It's been catching on, oddly enough. Mark Bell, and his brother Chris, have been eating all meat for a little bit now and they love it.

I know that I won't get to all meat, but my main thrust is to eat lots of meat without worrying about vegetables. I basically eat vegetables if and when I feel like it and only those I like a lot. But for people like Baker taking it to the extreme, this is almost certainly better for the human body than a vegetarian or vegan diet. The idea that the human body requires grains or vegetables is shaky at best.

Eating tons of steaks sounds terrible? How so? Do you not like steak?

One of the craziest things, in my opinion, is that it's 2018 and there is still no cohesive answer in the medical/health field on what the ideal human diet is. However, to say that a meat-only diet is so clearly the correct answer is the definition of shaky

Doctors may get bashed quite often about nutrition but imo, the best advice is talk to doctors, dieticians, or somebody like that and not trust some retard on a message board b/c he found something cool on YouTube that has CHANGED THE WAY WE ARE GONNA EAT!!!! There is dozens if not 100s of fads out there on how to properly eat and every one of them are retarded. To eat nothing but meat for the next several decades is the most retarded concept anybody has ever come up with. Sure you might can sustain it for a year or 2, but you are still retarded.

Eta: I’m not saying the person I quoted is retarded

You can make anything from grown stuff, so that's everything.
