Miami just playing the ball back and forth between it’s defense is a bold tactic

Not really

Porto is ripping them apart

It should be 3-0

Also all Miami can do is just foul them

Suarez is way too slow to play at this level, vs Porto he can’t just slide into space and score like he does vs terrible MLS defenders. 5 years ago he scores that every time.

Porto already playing circles around Miami

Their defense is woeful

That penalty they gave up because he stabbed like a 8 year old at the ball

Dude being a world class athlete doesn’t make you immune to over use injuries

Also Chelsea literally was just in a European final this season

European season just ended. It’s barely been a break for them especially when most of them went straight to playing for their national teams.

And they are exhausted 50+ games for tons of them and play the euros last summer. Thats why some of the squads are not full strength. They players bitched about this tournament over a year ago.

What are y’all watching to even say this. Bayern & PSG were dominant. Hell, Harry Kane was pissed out there he wasn’t getting service to score. Porto aren’t some world beaters. Chelsea looked like the Chelsea I watched all year.

What did you expect Bayern to do vs basically a semi professional side. PSG just won the Champions League and those dudes are tired.

Chelsea doesn’t have a full strength squad and did what they should vs a MLS side

Those dark arts

That atmosphere was amazing

That match was also a fricking battle

It’s been ok, seems the South American sides are taking it the most serious

MLS is in mid season and should in theory be peaking for these matches

The European teams are basically treating it like a post season tour. I’m sure in the knockout stage they will take it more serious.

DAZN is the main broadcaster world wide

TNT only has a handful of matches

If that was the case, they would have a better roster. They aren’t close to being the best team in MLS.

Because their squad was built for commercial purposes

Not to be competitive

That just look even worse for the league

Elephant in the room…..

That was probably MLS’s best chance to win a match this entire tournament.

Miami playing a road match in their own city vs a team from Egypt :rotflmao:
Alot of teams “ultras” do

Lots of pride, trans and antifa flags etc….

The alt left saw MLS as a niche sport that they could latch on too
Love or hate Gregg anyone with a brain can admit that was his best coaching job and when he peaked. Especially when he was on the hot seat.
