Win your 20th league title and run to make a thread about United

Dont do it

Look for a 10-0-20 or a 15-0-15
Just because the attacking player has improved doesn’t mean the overall standard of the league has :rotflmao:

Watching mid level players embarrass sub standard defenders doesn’t mean the overall league standard is going up

Teams that actually want to succeed are spending more cleverly on mid career euros or South American players. See: Cuypers, Dreyer, Evander. Feel free to google those because you don’t know who I’m talking about since you don’t watch the league regularly.

I know who those guys are

Timber fans were pissed Evander got traded

But yes down play my footy knowledge because you don’t like the hard truths I’m saying about MLS.
The league doesn’t bring in quality defenders

Especially ones from Europe, the overwhelming amount of older European players who come are attacking players.

What are you talking about

Improving yearly

No it isn’t

The standard of defense in MLS is terrible, same with midfield play.

The standard has definitely improved from an attacking player standpoint and they look even better vs sub standard defending.

It makes for some fun football to watch but it doesn’t mean the quality is improving. The tactics from most teams is the same, the classic American style of let’s out athlete each other and just play at 100mph.

Aside from Miami this has not been the trend for several years now, and the average age of the league is actually younger than many others in our hemisphere.

While yes the league has been bringing in young players from South America and that brings down the age.

Don’t lie about the league that is still bringing in older European players. Zaha is now at CLT. Cincy is trying to bring in Müller, KDB is most likely on his way. Rues is at the Galaxy. DC has Benteke, LAFC has Giroud and Lloris, the list goes on…..

Wow what a goal

The money league is MLS. It costs 500 million to join the league now

Which doesn’t mean shite, ratings suck, quality of play is average and it’s still bringing in old euros.

I'll believe it when I see it. Start the year-long posts! Let's see how long USL keeps your attention.

The MLS season long thread gets like 15 pages :rotflmao:

How was that not a penalty

Dude just deleted Wilson as he’s skating to the bench and it wasn’t in during live play
Watching the highlights show on TNT sports

OT was so fricking loud
I actually agree with what Gary said over the weekend while working for NBC

In the past the players were good enough but didn’t give two fricks effort

These players are legit trying but are not good enough just too old.
One of the best halves in a while other than the one laps that the Lyon player dribbled through everyone
