I commented last year how she looked heavier and slower than she did in high school. First game I watched this year, but she looks like she dropped some weight and is noticeably quicker this year. Congrats to her for putting in the work. Geaux Tigers!
He’s going to win a NCwith Morris Watts at OC and Lou Tepper at DC, just to show that it can be done

Is that Tommy Moffitt and Scott Cochran coming down as the tag team know as “Strength and Conditioning” to join the crew?

Ultimate swerve. Big announcement that we hire Saban as our head coach, but it’s Lou Saban.

Tooted your horn and made a horrific suggestion. Congrats. I’m sure you’re proud. Cant believe you just said Tressel in a post that you were flexing about your intelligence.

I was referring to the “archetype” of sustained successful FCS coaching experience, not suggesting we actually hire Tressel. Tressel won a NC at OSU after being a consistent winner at Youngstown state.

You certainly aren’t (to use your term) “flexing your intelligence” with your response

Cignetti/Jim Tressel type candidates?

Anyone somewhat under the radar who might be a possibility for LSU HC in this mold? (Ie 10+ years of HC experience, consistent winner, program sustained at elite level). LSU can win with this type of coach (vs a Mississippi State who needs an innovative offensive guru).

I suggested Cignetti for WVU in 2022 on the coaches changes board. They should have listened— Cignetti 2022

doesn’t think Nick will end up doing it but there is a real offer on the table from LSU and he hasn’t said no yet.

Classic Jimmy Sexton—will use LSU HC rumor squeeze money from espn for him to stay on Gameday.

I’m curious. Is sexton still sabans agent or did he get a different agent for broadcasting/advertising once he retired?

Agreed if the playoffs start and we don’t have a coach, clearly it’s a playoff coach.

This is what Michigan thought when Les Miles had a “damn strong football team”. If it’s kiffin and he wins a NC, he isn’t leaving.

We then dominate college football for a couple of years, but then Muschamp (Virgil) and Lou Tepper (Disco Inferno) join the coaching staff and it goes downhill from there.

He’s marching out to the 50 on Saban field at halftime Saturday night. He will announce his acceptance of the LSU job and he’s doing it pro bono. Kiffin is oc and Kirby is dc.

My sources confirm this. At Saban’s halftime speech, he “wants to thank the Alabama administration, players, alumni, and fans….(dramatic pause)…for Absolutely Nothing!”.

Then Kirby and Kiffin come out and they give crotch chops to the crowd and do the “too sweet” hand signal to each other, announcing the formation of the NWO in college football.

Tony Shivonne somehow replaces the ABC play by play announcer, then proclaims that this is “the greatest night in the history of our great sport of college football.”

I find direct ocular shade from a baseball cap or visor to be more effective than sunglasses. Are caps/visors scams as well?

Yep, a relative has been on hospice care for a few months and it is running ~$16k per month.

Counterpoint—if you pay for college and home down payment, kids invest early and have enough cash reserves to take 6 weeks of unpaid FMLA when you are on hospice. Hospice is typically covered by Medicare. it’s the private nurses aids/caretakers that cost the most money.

Of course, this is assuming your kids would be willing and able. There is no guarantee

re: cleaning dryer duct vent

My vent goes horizontally about 8 feet to the outside wall. Usually just go outside with a shop vac and shove the vac hose through the outside vent. Those rooftop vents sound like a pain in the arse to clean.
American Pillar or Green Giant Arborvitae if you want privacy.

Other options would be a short two rail fence

The older that I get, the more I mentally weigh two key metrics before a DIY project. Hassle factor and safety factor.

Example (I do this intuitively and don’t actually add up the numbers):

Hassle factor (0 would be I have a screw/nut/bolt/etc in the garage and a quick fix, 1-6 is that I have to go to Lowe’s for the part and have the tools to fix it with the aid of an instruction manual or YouTube video. 7-10 would be I have to get the part from a specialty store or order online without Amazon prime and need instructions via manual/video throughout the process, +/- renting or borrowing a specialty tool that I don’t own.

Safety factor is how llikely it is to have a major injury or death during the repair (6 would be short term disability if something went awry, 7-9 would be long term disability/unable to return to work, 10 would be my wife living off of my life insurance policy).

Cleaning the gutters on a two story house would rate 0 for hassle but high on the safety factor (I have a big extension ladder already). Garage door springs would rate highly for both. The two times that ours have snapped and I’ve been home, it sounded like someone fired a shotgun in my garage (even from across the house). Lots of potential energy in those springs.
This verbiage has been around since cars/boats were sold in the classified section of local newspapers, and still exists today online on Craigslist and now FB marketplace.

To me, this always screams “negative equity.” Racking my brain for any situation where it might be advantageous for the buyer. Maybe someone on the verge of buying a house who needs to lower their DTI ratio very quickly? Has anyone actually “taken over/assumed payments” in real life?
Thinking of buying a few fans for the garage. Probably 18 inch wall/ceiling mounted. Garage size is 2.5 cars with a 2 car door. Orientation wise, corner lot, garage is side entry (left side of house if facing frront of the house. While driving car into garage, insulated/shared with house wall to the left and the front. The extra 0.5 car space to the left. Right side wall with two windows (blinds closed).

In my head, I put a fan near the garage entry on the left blowing inward and another at the far right wall (perpendicular) blowing outward. Sounds correct from a physics standpoint, but would it be better to have two fans on either side of garage door opening both blowing inward?

It is quite a catchy name. Either a lucha libre submission maneuver or a degrading regionally named sexual act like a Cleveland Steamer.

She and your buddy were playing chess, while y’all were playing checkers. She was the summer school teacher and he was her only student the whole summer.
