Your process appears flawed

Why would you not stan for the QB who is actually elevating a near league worst roster? Instead of grasping at the last remaining straw to defend the guy who couldnt help elevate the roster last year or this?

This is a lot of effort for an argument you can’t win. The numbers tell the truth

These numbers aren’t even close

How dos Rattler’s name keep coming up?
The Bears and Panthers were 5 win teams last season. Patriots and Jaguars won 4. They all picked in the top 10,

The right coach and QB accelerates a rebuild. This roster isn’t good and they’ll come away with 4-5 wins. They’ve competed in every game outside of 3.

Now there is no guarantee the picks or FA hit but this is the same blueprint any bottom dweller to competitive team follows. I have no expectations for ‘26 and this is a dumb thing to even argue about without seeing the roster next year
Winning the division is always priority #1

And if you’re winning your division your competitive to the rest of the league

How in the world are Saints fans on this site so blinded by their fandom.

Someone is going to win this division at 9-8 or 8-9

Bucs are older and poised to take a step back. Their window is closing

Carolina and Atlanta are in similar positions as us. It’s all predicated on QB play
Can challenge for the division next year with the right moves
You aren’t going to do shite

You got a nice house, family and a hot successful wife and you on here acting like a frickin jackass. Go touch grass you dweeb
Your buddy SF letting internet nerds trigger him is certainly a thing

G Ed Ingram, Houston Texans

After a dreary start, the Texans are back in both the AFC South and playoff conversation. Houston’s defense rightfully garners most of the attention, but the team’s offensive line has quietly improved — and Ingram is at the forefront.

Ingram’s 79.9 overall PFF grade is the sixth-highest among qualified guards, powered by his great 85.4 PFF run-blocking mark. Although his pass protection hasn’t been quite as dynamic — producing a 62.0 PFF pass-blocking grade — it still places in the 65th percentile at the position.

Considering he’ll be 27 throughout the entire 2026 season, expect lots of suitors for Ingram, especially teams seeking to receive a boost in their run game.

G Isaac Seumalo, Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers’ offense hasn’t flashed much in Aaron Rodgers’ first season with the team, ranking 20th in EPA per play. Still, Seumalo has enjoyed a solid season in 2025.

Seumalo’s 77.5 overall PFF grade is the seventh-best among qualified guards, and his 80.6 PFF pass-blocking mark is the second-highest. It’s important to note that Rodgers owns the fourth-fastest average time to throw (2.65 seconds), but Seumalo has still held up well in true pass sets with a 65.4 pass-blocking grade.

Seumalo was an underrated addition in March 2023, but perhaps more teams will take note of the 32-year-old three years later

C Luke Fortner, New Orleans Saints

Kellen Moore’s inaugural season in New Orleans hasn’t offered much to write home about, particularly on offense — where the Saints are still 30th in success rate. However, the team’s offensive line has flashed at times, including Fortner up the middle.

Filling in for the injured Erik McCoy, Fortner has done an admirable job as New Orleans’ center in 2025. He’s secured a 74.6 overall PFF grade across 351 snaps, which ranks eighth among qualifiers at the position. Additionally, Fortner is one of only three centers with a 70.0-plus grade in both pass- and run-blocking.

Fortner’s two years as a full-time starting center with the Jaguars may prompt some skepticism, but he’s undoubtedly playing the best football of his career before becoming a free agent. Given the dearth of available centers every March, that could offer solid money
We need playmakers at any position including TE
4.5 catches, 46 yards per game with Rattler
4.4 catches, 49 yards per game with Shough

shite ton of targets
Sanders threw 42 times at 54% clip in a loss against the worst team in the league

Shough put the team on his back on the road vs a playoff team. He beat the panthers on the road. The kid has impressed, I say this as someone who hated the pick

but what flashes have we seen that makes him look like a difference maker?

Rattler drastically improved and he has a rookie QB (albeit old) playing really well
A poor man’s Josh Allen is like Daniel jones and Trevor Lawrence
That TE/FB for Indiana was motioning to Reese’s side a lot to help. He was cleaning people up last night

Rattler did have double the drops.

Shough has seen pressure 20.9% of drop backs, Rattler saw pressure 20.5%.
