Anyone else lost the motivation to workout with gyms being closed?

I’ll do push ups and pull ups here and there but I don’t have a routine. Just ain’t the same at home with no equipment. Maybe I’m just a lazy pos.

Well I always workout at home so no. Why don't you setup a routine and set some goals?

nope, have home gym and I am pushing harder. I have more time on my hands, so I am trying to use it.
But I can see what you are saying my buddy that trains with me has been MIA since this started

go for a run
I'm rediscovering my love for running right now
been going for bike rides every morning with my oldest and then going for a run every evening with my youngest
cardio is going to be on point at the end of this

I did for a while, but now that people in my neighborhood bought stuff from our gym, we are doing neighborhood workouts and I am back in action.

Yep. I had just got back into a lifting routine and was on week 7.
I have sandbags, kettlebell (singular), 5 gallon water jugs (farmers carry/SLDL/bent rows), and a road bike- still isn't the same.
Maybe we should make a WOD and post it to TD.

Having to go to a gym would actually decrease my motivation.

No, quite the contrary actually.
I got really annoyed seeing all the posts and memes about getting fat and lazy during this. It actually motivated me to hit another gear.

Nope. Outside is free. Go for a run. I've run a lot more the last 2 weeks than I had been before. Working from home means I spend less time commuting or getting ready to go to work, so I have more time to run.

Definitely not a good situation and while I'm beyond motivated I don't know what to do. I'm still eating keto though
We have no room for home gym in garage or house and have no weights/equipment here in any event. No room to do BW routines in house either.
I'm not a runner so no cardio either.

I've actually been hitting it a little harder since I don't have to have gym etiquette. My BIL gave me some Bowflex adjustable dumbbells a few years ago that I held on to and tripped over a few times until now.

Not handicapped LOL
Bad knees and at 66 years young I'm not going to start running now. Normally I would be doing HIIT 3x weekly M-W-F on treadmill for 30 minutes(walking at 3 mph and 15-20 20 second intervals 5 mph) and on elliptical or rowing.
The other 2 days I walk 3 miles daily

I’m in the same boat. Feeling less motivated now. Need to get back into a routine.

I've been taking the kids to ride bikes. Well, mainly my daughter. Not a real workout ride for me, but I have my toddler strapped into his seat on the back of my bike, so I'm hauling an extra 30 lbs and the neighborhood we ride in does have some hills. Not doing much resistance training besides the rubber band exercises from PT. But between chasing the kids, riding bikes, and yardwork, i'm keeping active.

Man, I was hitting it hard at the gym before all this started, and I was sticking to my diet well. But I went on a fishing weekend trip with some buddies, and threw caution to the wind as far as the diet goes. That lead to a week of eating like shite. But this week I'm back on the diet, and started the Insanity workouts again, since I don't have a home gym. I forgot how much those wrecked me; its been years since I did them. Looking forward to getting back into a fitness routine. It was fun being a POS, but time to get back to reality.

First 2 weeks were fine but I can’t keep doing this

I've got a garage gym, so it hasn't changed much.
Frankly, losing the commute to/from work has helped me. I start working out earlier, finish earlier and have better concentration without the drive.

Nope, just the opposite. I am working harder. Set your schedule and workout the day before or the week before. Also, find a couple accountability friends to compete or share with

You kidding? I'm doing two-a-days now and working out longer each workout. What else am I going to do with my time? Might as well get jacked/shredded.
