I have 3 kiddos, the youngest is 3 weeks. You make do. I do 5am CrossFit some days, some I go at 12 during lunch, some I go after work. The key is to not use an excuse and give up! I think early AM is the most realistic timeframe to not have to give up....

I use ALCAR and Glutathione- yes they are worth it. Go into a Google/YouTube binge and read some reputable articles, but it is completely possible to hack your brain. Also have some serious Alzheimer's and dementia prevention properties on top of focus and clarity....
