This workout helped me lose a few inches in my waste but I lost a ton of strength.

no

motivation to be fit and live a healthy life style should not be limited to gym availability.

Don’t eat like shite during all this

If you are burning less calories then adjust your diet

It isn’t that hard to figure out

No loss whatsoever. I’m more motivated now knowing that I could gain 2 lbs a day easy if I just sat around and ate.

Our CrossFit group has done a really good job of giving us exercise plans daily.

I fully expect this to happen to me. I was as strong as I ever was on the three main lifts before all this went down. But with the low carb and the HIIT workouts, I'm hoping to get some more definition. Once it is all over, I will get back to lifting, and have a little less fat on me. I'm pretty sore from the first few videos.

I’ve been struggling with this as well. I was really in to power lifting and closing in on some big personal milestones when the gym closed.

I just can’t seem to find a program that I can get the same feeling of satisfaction from as heavy lifting. I try to do 100-200 push ups/day and 50-100 Pull-ups/day. I should be getting my rings tomorrow so hopefully that will motivate me otherwise I’m finna get fat.

I feel the same way. I got sober beginning of 2019 and really hit the gym hard dieting and lifting. Went from 240 drunken dad body to 205 lean and tone. Did this all the way up to two weeks ago. Just ate the spicy fried chicken sandwich from curbside with some tater tots. That’s what I’m doin.

I really miss the gym but my cardio and push-up/sit-up game is on point.

Running 4 miles every other day with push-up/sit-up/dips/planks rotated in.

Since the gyms closed, I haven’t done shite. This totally blows. I was making amazing progress.

I just spent a few bucks on a rack and some plates. Looking for a bench and cables but I can’t find shite.

No loss of motivation. Just pure sadness because I can't lift.

Kind of, I breakup my workouts throughout the day rather than knock it out in one shot

I rotate between TRX, row machine, running, biking, insanity, jump rope, and yoga...spend about 30 minutes (hour on the bike) each and normally rotate in 3s in any given day

I’m down to 193 lbs as of this morning from 205. Been doing a little more cardio than usual with push ups, pull ups and sit ups. Anyone else lost weight?

Yep, dang near the same numbers.

Stopped the in between meals snacks, even though they were healthy snacks it still was just too many calories. Plus if I get bored now, I go out to the garage and do a 30 to 60 min cardio session, but my normal every day set routine really hasn't changed much

Was doing CrossFit 4-7 days / week and running 3-5 miles 2-3 days / week with coworkers during lunch break. Sure my anaerobic capacity has taken an nosedive like most, but I'm surrounded by pretty awesome trails whether walking distance to neighborhood or within 30 min drive. Have been hitting up different trail most evenings. Silver lining for me has been maintaining my cardio mostly and getting quality time on the trails.

I haven’t done anything strength related since this thing started. My priors were benching about 325 raw, squatting 430ish raw, and DL about 500.

I seriously doubt I could come within 100 pounds of any of those right now. I’ve lost like 20 pounds of muscle. Just been running.
