I'm rediscovering my love for running right now
I started C25K and re-found the enjoyment I got from even shitty running several years ago.
My gym is putting out at-home workouts and I do them some still but they do some weird shite sometimes to keep things interesting for people and it means having to learn how to scale things on my own and taking more time figuring shite out than I'd like.. so I wound up just not doing them and started running and doing some stretching and yoga a few times per week. Honestly .. I don't miss my Crossfit workouts too much. I do miss the people and the social aspect, but this whole ordeal has me questioning my membership.
I need to get some more bodyweight work in though. I've let that slide.

Don’t eat like shite during all this If you are burning less calories then adjust your diet It isn’t that hard to figure out
Easier said than done, especially for fatties and former fatties. Food and booze are the go-to treatment for boredom and stress.. both of which are high in households with jobs and children. When it comes down to it, it's all just excuses... but some feel more valid than others, especially in undisciplined people. I've managed to more or less maintain weight (250-255lb the entire time, weight in flux) but it's been a challenge sometimes.

I really miss the gym but my cardio and push-up/sit-up game is on point.
This and my BJJ game as well. My son who is now back at home from college due to this is my afternoon sparing partner. He wrestled in high school but for some reason never got the urge to do jits even though I have been training since he was in elementary school. Since our BJJ school is closed, I told him that if he wanted to come home, rolling was going to be a condition of room and board.
I also bought at least 200 pounds of sand and have filled 4 soft sided coolers plus multiple plastic buckets with sand. I have pretty well got to the point that anything I could do with a dumbell I can do with sandbags and buckets. I also push my truck around the high school parking lot a few times a week.

I was doing "ok" until this week. I'm getting bored with doing hundreds of pushups, using my dumbbells, core workouts, and lots of cardio. That high rep/low weight stuff just doesn't work for me.

I’m still doing upper body stuff in inverted rows, weighted dips, and weighted pull-ups.
But I keep skipping or condensing the lower body stuff. The weights aren’t enough so I’m stuck with doing really high reps and it pretty much turns into cardio. I just want to squat and deadlift again

and started the Insanity workouts again, since I don't have a home gym. I forgot how much those wrecked me; its been years since I did them
I got insanity one summer in HS and the first day back for workouts when school started were always the worst. I absolutely crushed these workouts after doing insanity for a couple months.
