Beef Short Ribs, aka meat candy, on the BGE!! So damn good

Cooked at 235-250 until internal temp on largest piece reached 203 degrees. Took approximately 5.5 hours

I coated the short ribs with jalapeno mustard.....Rub was mixture of ancho & hatch chili powder, kosher salt, 16 mesh black pepper, smoked paprika, & granulated garlic.

SEC Network has game at 6p.......how do they usually handle a change like this?

They'd have to pre-empt an hour of Finebaum LOL

Is Randy Montalbano's still really good? Been 3-4 years since I've had theirs, at the time they were amazing.

What part of South Dakota?

My mother grew up in Dallas County, Colome/Winner area.

Had relatives that owned a log cabin type motel in Keystone. Loved the Badlands, especially the Needle.

Way too damn cold though LOL

Is Thai Pepper Open

Posted by BooDreaux on 11/26/21 at 8:17 am
Been awhile since been home & was wondering if Thai Pepper was still open and has the lunch buffet. If so is it still as good as a few years ago?

Remember it being really good at one time.

Thanks

Who's Open Thanksgiving Night

We are coming in Thursday afternoon for the weekend and looking for a sports bar/restaurant that will be open so we can watch Saints game and eat.

Walk-Ons and Pluckers are both closed. Anyone have any thoughts for a place that will be open in Baton Rouge and have the game?

TIA

Spicy Chili Crab(Dungeness) at Penang Garden in San Francisco Chinatown on East Washington

Easily in top 5 of all meals I've ever eaten. Just ridiculously flavorful
The show tonight was really good and authentic not contrived. John T Edge is really good as host.
Hell's Bays hold their value exceptionally well
I will definitely in attendance.....I was at '79 game. Revenge is ours
