when ESPN showed Nuss’s “first year starter” stats compared to Burrow’s and Daniels’ first year starter stats. Wasn’t even close. It was Nuss in a landslide. If he comes back and improves second year anywhere close to JB and JD second year improvement, it could be special.
Please stop the madness. Sure, Burrow was better in 2019 after his first year starting, but the talent was always there. The reason his stats sucked in 2018 was the outdated offensive dinosaur system he was was playing in... A Les Miles/Steve Ensminger system! If he would have had the Joe Brady offense or any other RPO type wide open offense, his stats would have been like Nuss or better this year. Its the system he grew up in, so he was very limited in 2018, but the talent was always there.

Guidry's Fresh Cuts are almost everywhere!
re: Sam Spiegelman just logged Stewart to USC
Posted by Dubaitiger on 11/26/24 at 7:00 am
Stewart plays to high, he could be a lil bust, as compared to what everyone and his family is making him out to be. Zion and the DE we have coming in is better than Stewart.

2019 Stinley wasn't better than 2019 Fulton.
Yes he was... There was a reason other teams went more after Fulton than Stingley. They were scared as Stingley knew how to cover and play the ball, which is why he had some greats int's.
re: Have to cook burgers for 30 people at tailgate. Suggestions?
Posted by Dubaitiger on 11/21/24 at 4:38 pm
So what do you need from us?
Get meat, heat grill and cook your burgers!
You will need 8-10 pounds of ground beef, and a lot of salt n pepper.

re: Jardin Gilbert when asked to cover anything
Posted by Dubaitiger on 11/17/24 at 10:41 am
Cover? He can't make a single tackle as he bounces off every player he tries to take down. He is really bad and should never play again here.
re: So BK fielded a team in 2024 that has the following
Posted by Dubaitiger on 11/17/24 at 9:37 am
How these coaches cannot see that Jardin Gilbert could not tackle a plump kindergarten girl with pig tales. He rushed and had the RB for a loss, bounced right off, then the very next play bounced off another runner. He cannot tackle, is slow, cannot cover, etc. :spank:
re: Why was Lacy yelling at Kelly?
Posted by Dubaitiger on 11/17/24 at 1:34 am
Every play he makes or if trailing a play, Lacy has to make a scene or bow up and flex his arms, or something stupid. He is immature, stupid, and selfish. Heck, did he not open up a clothing line a few weeks ago. Jesus, do that in your spare time after the season. The machine gun bullshite for USC was a sign of shite to come from this jerk.

our safeties are so bad.
That A&M transfer, Gilbert, is very bad. He cannot tackle as he bounces off when he tries to hit people. Last night when he blitzed up the middle and missed that tackle, the very next play they made downfield, he went to tackle low and bounced off again. Just complete horseshite. Why are we not playing Sears. Keys had an int. a 10 year old could have caught... dropped it.

Posted by Dubaitiger on 11/12/24 at 7:52 am
Ryan Clark can kiss my arse! He is a racist and a fool when it comes to politics, and should stay out of it. Already, he wears his initials on his suits, so that is a red flag.... He reminds me of this.... "Your so vain, you probably think the song is about you, your so vain" :banghead:

re: Coach John Robinson passed away today from pneumonia at 89
Posted by Dubaitiger on 11/12/24 at 7:31 am
RIP coach... I listened to that 1979 game at my grandmas house on their old wooden radio, as my parents went to the game with all their friends. I was only 11 years old at the time, but I always remembered coach Rob from that game going forward. Was proud to see him be a part of our 2019 team and to learn why he was in BR, married to a Cajun gal.
re: I Tried Best Stop Boudin from Zuppardo's Today
Posted by Dubaitiger on 10/19/24 at 4:47 am
Best Stop does not use much rice in their boudin, more meat products, so that is how it usually is, and nothing wrong with that. Their smoked boudin is very good.
re: Popeyes and Canes
Posted by Dubaitiger on 10/19/24 at 4:43 am
Here in the Middle East KFC is king as they were here first. Also, KFC in Southeast Asia is #1, as Popeyes and Canes I have not seen yet. A local Indonesian man who had the franchise (over 800 outlets just in Indonesia) there sold it for a lot of money, and he is a billionaire today. Sold it to travel with his son who is in the Formula 3 racing league.
There are a few Popeyes in Abu Dhabi and Dubai but many KFC. A few years ago I landed in Kuwait airport and as I was getting my visa on arrival and turned around, there was a brand new Canes in the airport. Canes also is in Dubai but not yet in Abu Dhabi.
I had some amazing chicken fingers at Popeyes in one of the gas stations on the interstate between Dubai and AD. They were awesome. There is a Popeye's near my house in a small outlet mall.

re: Shrimp stock
Posted by Dubaitiger on 10/19/24 at 4:07 am
Yes, use the heads and shells. I put the heads in a pan with a bit of oil. Start browning them and water will come out, then mash the heads so more of that juice comes out, then add the shells and keep browning all for another 15 min. Then, add water, onions, garlic, bell pepper, onion tops, bay leaves, etc. and simmer on low for 1.5-2 hours.
re: It’s Game Day Bitches!!!
Posted by Dubaitiger on 10/19/24 at 3:18 am
It's been game day for me, I am 9 hours ahead, and its now 12:15pm here. Now the dreaded wait for Gameday to come on my time at 5pm, first games start at 8pm (11am CST), then wait 7 hours for the LSU game at 3am here.
Then I am leaving Sunday night for Bali.

You were one of the best at DBU! I flew in from Abu Dhabi for the Oklahoma game in 2004, dome was rocking!
Travis, I noticed the post above with JusBogey. I sent your website a message on some potential synergies. Check it out and holla back at me. I'm flying to Bali tomorrow for a big golf tournament.
