Usually Zatarains. That’s the one most readily available up here.

My go-to is a large bag of Louisiana, a bag of Chackbay, and a bottle of Zats liquid.

I will occasionally use a bag of Scramuzza, a bag of Chackbay, and a bottle of Zats liquid.

We accidently bought the fire one time and it is more spicy but just added less zat liquid and it turned out pretty damn good
