My mom does small junk foods like meatballs, Polish mistakes, dips, etc. One of my favorite days of the year because it's about the only time I eat that kind of stuff.

Small family gathering for me so I am not cooking for a whole bunch this year. Was thinking either chicken/sausage gumbo or crawfish etouffee. Boudin out for appetizer. Will add a couple other items to that list for appetizer/sides.

They’re choice not select. There is a limit of 1 per customer. I’ve gotten 3 this past week and plan on getting another tomorrow. In this day, it’s hard to beat and the steaks look really good.

Meal with in-laws I'm cooking a seafood casserole. Recipe is pretty easy. homemade fettuccine, bechamel sauce, mozzarella cheese, seafood (shrimp, scallops, calamari)
then on Christmas day with my side of the family we are going to cook a fried rice on the blackstone.

Oven ham, gonna smoke a turkey breast, cornbread dressing, candied yams, red beans, rice, thawed out chicken and sausage gumbo, potato salad, green salad, some kind of bread and whatever else I come up with. Merry Christmas, folks!
